The following are the prime events that mark the evolution of digital art: The beginning of digital art can be traced back to the 1960s when artists began to experiment with the computer to generate artistic vision. John Whitney’s work was among the first computer-generated art. He employed mathematical functions in transforming visual to create one of the first digital art.
