The PC Sentry PCI allows you to identify computer problems even when the
monitor, keyboard, or disk drives are not working. PC Sentry PCI can help you diagnose up to 256 different system failures by displaying the POST (Power-On-Self Test) codes, generated by the BIOS. When a computer is
powered on, the BIOS (Basic Input Output) performs a self test of the system's components. The BIOS sends a POST code to a PORT and if the test fails, the
PC Sentry PCI will indicate the failure. Then, simply refer to the manual that has all the POST codes for every BIOS manufacturer.
Whenever you're installing or troubleshooting PCs and Networks or add-in PC
