Audience The intended audience for this course is anyone who engages in presenting information or ideas in any public forum. A team leader or team member in any environment will benefit from
these courses, as will sales people. Learners should be computer literate and work in a people-centric environment They should be involved with customers, groups or teams to the
extent that they may be called upon to make a presentation on a topic. Learners will need a basic knowledge of either Microsoft Office 97 or 2000 programs and be familiar with Windows
9X or later operating system(s).

Unit 1: Basics of PowerPoint 2002 3 hours • Create a presentation from a blank presentation template.
• Create a presentation by using the AutoContent Wizard. • Create a presentation by using a design template. • Create a presentation by using a presentation file.

• Save a presentation as a Design Template. • Obtain help by using the Office Assistant. • Match features of the Help window with their functions.
